Soluble, or “Instant,” coffee includes coffee manufactured by the spray-dried, spray-dried agglomerated, or freeze-dried methods.

Soluble coffee was developed early in the last century to make the delicious and beneficial effects of drinking coffee more easily and instantly available. Soluble coffee saved time and money. It still does.

Advantages of Soluble Coffee as a flavoring ingredient:
